1.3 Charges and Payments

Listing an NFT on Artxora incurs a minting fee of 0.1 ETH. Additionally, a 10% commission is applied to every sale, payable in ETH.

1.4 Legal Compliance

By using Artxora, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also confirm that your activities on the platform are lawful in your jurisdiction.

1.5 Platform Role

Artxora acts as a facilitator and does not own or endorse any NFTs listed on the platform. All transactions and agreements are solely between the users involved.

2.1 Ownership Verification

Sellers must have legitimate ownership of any NFTs they list for sale. Artxora reserves the right to request proof of ownership to verify authenticity.

2.2 Restricted Content

Artxora prohibits the listing of illegal, deceptive, offensive, or infringing content. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

2.3 Conflict Resolution and Refunds

Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. Artxora does not mediate disputes or process refunds unless required by law.

3.1 Intellectual Property Rights

Respect for intellectual property is paramount. Users must ensure they have the necessary rights to use copyrighted materials in their NFTs.

3.2 Usage Rights

By listing an NFT on Artxora, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote your NFT on the platform.

4.1 Account Termination

Artxora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Permanent Account Removal

To delete your account, contact our support team. Account deletion is permanent, but Artxora may retain certain data to comply with legal obligations.

5.1 Limitations on Liability

Artxora is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including data loss or reputational harm.

5.2 Security Assurance

While we strive to maintain platform security, we cannot guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access. Use Artxora at your own risk.

5.3 User Disagreements

Artxora does not mediate disputes between users. Users are encouraged to resolve conflicts directly.

5.4 Regional Exclusions

In some jurisdictions, certain liability limitations may not apply. The limitations outlined here may not be valid in those regions.
